The Gindara Misozuke Yaki – marinated charcoal grilled cod with miso- was beautifully moist and flaky.
Cooked in small copper pots, the rice here was delicious as well.
My friend had the wagyu miso yakidon, which came with tender slices of stir-fried Australian beef atop pearly rice grains.
The annin tofu (Japanese almond jelly) was pleasantly soft and smooth
